I am a technical manager and software engineering researcher with experience in impact-driven organizations and projects.
I deliver secure, accessible digital products to support the public interest in fields like education, health, and international relations. I have also published applied quantitative and qualitative research in conflict analysis, software engineering, communications, and political science. My experience as a practitioner and researcher helps me think critically about the impact of technology on people, relationships, and the future.
I am always seeking new, socially conscious projects to contribute to from my home in Baltimore, Maryland. I am currently the Director of Digital Strategy in the Division of Professional Studies at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where I am also a Ph.D. candidate in the Empirical and Applied Software Engineering Lab (EASEL).
